Have you ever wondered what motivates different individuals?
Can it be possible that some people are motivated by sex, violence, drugs, money, or even so, family circumstances?

“Motivation is willingness to exert high levels of efforts towards organizational goals, conditioned by the efforts’ ability to satisfy some individual needs” ( . Motivation can come from many diverse sources. For instance, one of the strongest motivators in a family household is of parent's influences and expectations on their children. For example, family stability can create a building block for a child to succeed throughout it’s life.

C. It encourages success.

II. Parents should provide motivation to their family.
A. No matter what obstacles they face they should always try to find range of
encouragement.

basic concepts of childhood that may carry with them throughout life.

motivation towards their family.

parent to be motivate on its every day struggle.
Ex. A student whom is an Honor Roll Student could be a source of motivation to the
parent, or even so, a child who is all star sports player.
B. A child’s strength should be an essential foundation for a parent to act effectively
towards the cards they are given to cope with.
